James Managed the 1st Little League Baseball team sponsored by Grumman Aircraft in 1952 and named the teams after 4 aircrafts built by Grumman:  Guardians - beginning of the E2C, Albatross - a sea plane, Cougars and Panthers - fighter planes.

The Agiesta family settled in Central Park in the early 1900's. 7 children, Louis, James, Dominick, Lucy, Connie, Mary and Teresa.

Louis worked for Nassau County Social Service under Petito and Nickerson. Louis and his wife, Vera, had a small grocery store which was converted to a small restaurant which served many Grummanites across from Plant # 1.

James played baseball for the Central Park Red Devils.

James managed the 1st Little League Baseball team sponsored by Grumman Aircraft in 1952 and named the teams after 4 aircrafts built by Grumman: Guardians, Albatross - a sea plane, Cougars and Panthers - fighter planes.
