I was born in Farmingdale, but lived in Bethpage from 1941 to 1983. Perry was a member of the Bethpage Fire Department. My parents came from Parma, Italy. I was fortunate to develope the Bellini property on Central Avenue, and I named the street Parma Drive in recognition of those who came from Parma Italy and settled in Bethpage. Some of those families were: Schiavetta, Bellini, Maine, Uccellini, Malvese, and Ampoline.
Perry relocated to Southampton where he passed away on February 11, 2016, at the age of 93.
