Lovisolo, John

Lovisolo, John - Graduate of New York City's Samuel Gompers High School - 1955 and RCA Institutes - 1957. Received a bachelor's degree from Empire State College and a masters in Waste Management from SUNY Stony Brook. He was employed as a technician for Columbia University cyclotron and later worked for Sperry Gyroscope 1958-1961 and the Raytheon Corp. of Boston, MA. 1961-1974. While on an overseas assignment with Raytheon in Foggia, Italy, and later Feltwell, England he met his wife Lois (nee Simon of Detroit MI). After returning to the U. S. he was employed by Grumman Aerospace Corporation 1974-1992. Here he worked in a variety of capacities as a field service representative, software engineer and systems tester on the E-2C, F-14, and EF-111A programs. John was a member of the British and Sub-Aqua Club and a SCUBA instructor in the Explorer Scouts Post 1 where he was honored with the Spurgeon award. He was a member of the T-bird Club.
