Robert Sporing has been appointed the fifth Director of the Bethpage Library after the retirement of Library Director Lois Lovisolo in July, 2017.  Henry Meisels, David Pinkwas and Toby Hyman held the position prior to Lois. Rob received his undergraduate degree in Graphic Arts from Farmingdale State College, and his Masters in Library and Information Science from LIU CW Post in 2008.  Rob started his career at the Bethpage Library in 2000, as a Page at the Reference Desk.  He quickly showed his talents for technology and soon became the go-to person for technical questions.  Technology is the wave of the future and Rob will take the Bethpage community through this new and exciting era.
