Uccellini, Walter

Walter grew up in Bethpage, the son of Margaret and Louie Uccellini and nephew of Nafra Mulqueen and Olga Von Thaden of Bethpage. Walter now resides in Troy, New York. Walter is one of the fastest growing real estate development firms in San Diego, California and Clearwater, Florida. The Walter Uccellini/United Group of Companies is also beginning to be recognized in his hometown, Troy area as well, and has taken a major role in the revitalization of downtown Albany. Also noted for projects like the $35 million New York State Office Building in Brooklyn and the $70 million project to build 1,000 units of housing in Watertown, N. Y. for the U. S.
